Design services provided from concept design through the completion of construction:
- Structural engineering services for new construction. Areas of experience include commercial, educational, healthcare, industrial, parking facilities, residential, retail and sports facilities.
- Design of foundations, light gauge cold formed metal framing, reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry, structural steel and wood.
- Three-dimensional building information modeling to develop coordinated design with all disciplines involved in the project design.
- Drawings and specifications provided for bidding, permitting and construction documents.
- Construction administration services to verify that the construction is in accordance with the contract design documents. This is accomplished through review of contractor prepared submittals, responding to contractor questions during construction, site observations during construction, reviewing contractor payment applications and a final walkthrough of completed work.
Contractor provided construction engineering services such as foundation designs for pre-engineered metal buildings or modular wood framed construction; and exterior wall framing constructed of light gauge cold formed metal framing or wood framing.
Investigative engineering to provide due diligence reviews and condition assessments of existing construction. Conduct reviews and evaluations of existing conditions to determine if existing structure is sufficient for intended use or future use.
